Becoming a health coach wasn’t my first path. 

I was just like you, juggling a demanding professional career, trying to look polished, and working hard to feel healthier, mind- and body-wise. I learned quickly that the health and wellness space is filled with bullsh*t gimmicks. Feeling defeated by my inability to make quick-fixes and fad diets work, I was at my whit’s end. I had to find another way.
